Relief Sculpture

Gary Benna's 33 minute video uses synchronized views to instruct the viewer on creating a clay relief.  Using an image as a basis the student divides it into four levels of depth that are reproduced in clay joined then carved with slanted surfaces and detailed forms to create a representational relief sculpture from clay.
